New Heights Neuropsychology does not accept insurance and is considered an “out of network” provider.
Although we do not accept insurance, your insurance company may reimburse you for some of our fees. We do not have any way to guarantee reimbursement and/or amounts.
Please contact your insurance company directly to find out about their reimbursement policies. We can provide you with a copy of your bill containing all of the necessary information (also known as a “superbill”) for submission to your insurance company. It is your responsibility to submit this bill in order to obtain any reimbursement. New Heights will not make contact with your insurance company at any time.
Payment in full is due at the time of your initial appointment.
